These Sales Terms apply to products purchased from NORALUME HOME through https://noralumehome.com. The seller is GLOWMART LLC. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Product Listings
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, including descriptions, dimensions, color names, included quantities, and prices. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not add a promotional or comparison price unless a genuine basis for that price exists.
Order Formation and Availability
An order submission is an offer to buy. Automated receipt does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm processing or shipment. Products remain subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel orders for legitimate operational, payment, inventory, or fraud-prevention reasons. Any canceled paid amount will be refunded.
Delivery
The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET. Processing takes 1-2 business days, transit normally takes 3-5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4-7 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free.
Cancellation, Changes, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation, address changes, and order changes are available only before shipment and must be requested through customer support. Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery and must be shipped within 14 days after authorization. Original packaging is not mandatory, reasonable inspection is allowed, authorized return and exchange shipping is paid by the merchant, and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; banks may require another 3-10 business days.
Problems With an Order
Damage, missing parts, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Gift cards are not returnable. We do not offer final-sale or customized products. Statutory rights that cannot be limited remain in effect.
Law
These Sales Terms are governed by Kentucky law and applicable U.S. federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
