When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. ET on a business day normally take 1-2 business days to process and 3-5 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4-7 business days.
Do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free. Any available service options or address restrictions appear at checkout.
Do you process orders on weekends or holidays?
No. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation, address changes, and order modifications can be processed only before shipment and are not guaranteed after processing begins.
What is the return period?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, ship the return within 14 calendar days using the instructions and prepaid label we provide.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Original packaging is not mandatory, and reasonable opening and inspection are allowed. The product must be complete and not damaged through misuse, alteration, or avoidable neglect.
Who pays return or exchange shipping?
GLOWMART LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.
What if my order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number, details, and photos when available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Are any products final sale?
No products are designated final sale. Gift cards are not returnable. We do not sell customized or personalized products.
